Hi, I’m Bradley – a personal trainer at Snap Fitness St Austell.

I’m a qualified Level 2 and Level 3 personal trainer, passionate about helping people build confidence in the gym, lose body fat, and gain lean muscle. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach is friendly, down-to-earth, and entirely focused on your goals. I understand how intimidating the gym can feel at first – but with the right guidance and support, it doesn’t have to be.

Our one-to-one personal training blocks are designed to help you build strength, lose body fat, and grow your confidence in a supportive, private gym environment. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after time away, we provide expert guidance tailored to your starting point.

Each block booking is structured to deliver real, lasting results. With a focus on consistency, confidence, and long-term progress, every package includes two weekly training sessions, a bespoke training programme, a 2-week body fat MOT, a full consultation, and personalised nutrition advice – giving you the tools and support to reach your physical and mental potential.
